In the past decade, the strategic communications consultancy Milltown Partners has grown to more than 120 employees across London, San Francisco and New York.A refined brand strategy and new visual identity was needed to reflect the company's growth, distinguish them from competitors, and to accommodate a wider variety of operational activities and services in a consistent way.









The design system is centred around a modern monogram that represents the duality of the Milltown Partners approach, where analytical rigour meets creative thinking.




Comprehensive template designs were created for analysis reports and research presentations, a large component of Milltown's professional services. 






As part of the project, I conducted several workshops to introduce the graphic system and templates to all levels of the company staff, including the executive board.








The playful design of the monogram can be adapted to create a dynamic typographic set, used for wayfinding and extended assets.
